The creative benefits of AI are significant enough to justify its current environmental cost, even if that cost is much higher than traditional methods.
I don't quite understand what is mean by environmental cost? Is it comparing how previously people would ink and paper to create their work, now everything is done on the screen? But even so, why would the cost be higher, shouldn't it be lower? since we are saving ink and paper.
