Sustainability， AI generation uses lithium and massive computing power, which contribute to ecological destruction and carbon emissions, mayebe we should be more aware of who is qualified to develop more AI models using such precious resources on the earth. Probably licensing, authorization? Global insitution such as WHO should be standing out there for a global pact and rules on developing AI. Just like regulation for atomic bomb.
