The two statements I found most difficult were the ones about recombination being a form of originality and AI changing the emotional meaning of creative work. I had a hard time giving a definite answer because I can see both sides. Something can still feel original even if it comes from existing material, but I also think it matters where that material came from and how much the person actually contributed. With the second statement, I don’t think knowing AI was involved automatically makes an emotional experience less real, but it can change how I think about who or what created it.
