I found the data consent to be the most difficult to answer. While I do believe it’s up to the original creator of whether or not they decide to feed their work into AI, I cannot fully say if it is 100% reasonable, even if it is consensual and offers benefits. The part where the creator won’t know exactly what it’s used for makes the statement more ambiguous and up to interpretation.
