For me data ethics is where I think problems arise because it starts to bring in the idea of accountability. For the second question especially it is an interesting question to ask because weather I agree or disagree doesn't change the fact that people will not be transparent about the use of AI. I think it is up to the large corporations that are creating these AI systems to monitor this which is then another question of how. And then again, these large corporations are hardly transparent about ethics themselves. To me it is an obvious yes, everyone should be transparent when using AI because to me AI enhances ones ability to do something whether that is in efficiency or maybe building a base concept and working off of that.
