Intellectual Property Rights, is really interesting. You have people like Richard Prince who straddle some interesting ethical questions. I try to use ethical AI, like Adobe Firefly, but you can still manipulate something to be in the style of a creator. But is that an infringement or flattery?
Transparency—This goes back to so much in design, "good artist copy, great artist steal," and all the weird laws around design copyright. How much can you change so it's "yours"? If I asked AI to draw a rhino in vector, then I manipulated it, put in prompts to reference my own artwork, and then edit it some more, is it AI or is it mine? It's an interesting question
Employment - holy shit. yes. Can they go after bloated jobs like middle management and executives? That'd be fun.
